Sinus Problem

Question : I have a Sinus Problem?



Answer :Steam up your nose: Boil a bowl of water and put some clove in it. Once its starts boiling remove the bowl from the stove. Allow the water to remain like that for 2 minutes and then drape around your your head a towel and inhale the vapors coming from water. This is very effective way to relieve the irritability and inflammation of the inner lining of nose. Perform this everyday two times for one month. Exercise your nose in the morning: Slowly start breathing fast and forcefully. Increase the pace gradually. This forceful air in and out helps to remove the nasal congestion and also clear intruders in the passage. Gently run the area of nose just beneath the eyes with your fingers after you do this exercise for five minutes everyday. This is a part of Yoga exercises meant for treating sinus.
